1. GLOBAL SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic orders (Nepal) arrive within 2 days. International orders are routed through our Milan logistics hub and typically arrive within 5-7 business days via secure courier.

2. DUTIES & TAXES

For the Inner Circle, duties are often covered. For standard orders, you are responsible for import duties in your jurisdiction.

3. RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the artifact remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. The return journey is as important as the delivery.
