By accessing Alma Lunara, you agree to the following terms. These are not limitations; they are the framework within which we operate.

1. THE AGREEMENT

Using our platform constitutes an agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease your ascent immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The designs, philosophy, and code of Alma Lunara are the exclusive property of the Protocol. Unauthorized reproduction is an affront to the craft.

3. PURCHASES

Transactions are commitments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet the standards of the community. Prices are subject to change, as is the nature of value.

4. LIABILITY

We provide tools for the climb. The climb itself is yours. We are not liable for how you use our artifacts, nor for the envy they may inspire in others.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal and Italy, reflecting our dual heritage. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
